Prosci’s Leading Your Team Through Change Workshop empowers individuals to succeed in change. People Leaders will learn how to prepare themselves for change through a series of activities; and they will learn how to lead their team through change by embodying each of the CLARC roles. Each CLARC role impacts one of more elements in the ADKAR model helping to move impacted employees from a current state, through a transition state, into the desired future state and realizing project and organizational benefits.

This workshop is ideal for people leaders at all levels – whether you are a front-line supervisor, manager, or director – who are responsible for guiding their teams through change. It is not intended for change practitioners or project managers tasked with building change management plans, but rather for those who directly manage employees affected by change.

Note: This is a highly interactive course that requires a working camera and microphone to participate.
